And no—you don't have to be a Spiro user to attend. While Spiro is proud to host Sync, this event has always been about something bigger than software. It's about bringing the real estate media community together to share ideas, celebrate successes, learn from one another, and build lasting relationships. No matter what tools you use, if you're excited about growing your business and connecting with great people, we'd love to have you join us.
Will there be virtual access or recordings?
At this time, Sync 2027 is an in-person event only. One of the things that makes Sync so special is the opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, and the Spiro team face-to-face. Because so much of the experience happens through those personal interactions, we are not offering a virtual attendance option. That said, all registered attendees will receive access to session recordings once they have been processed and uploaded after the conference. This allows you to revisit your favorite sessions or catch any you may have missed. We may offer access to conference recordings for purchase after the event, but that decision has not been finalized. At this time, the only guaranteed way to receive the recordings is by registering for Sync 2027.
What is included with my registration?
Every Sync Pro Pass includes full access to two days of keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and workshops, plus the Thursday networking dinner, breakfast and lunch on both conference days, a commemorative Sync 2027 T-shirt, access to all session recordings after the event, and an exclusive discounted rate at our official host hotel. VIP All Access includes everything in the Sync Pro Pass, plus admission to the Friday VIP Dinner & Event, the exclusive VIP Mastermind on Saturday, breakfast during the mastermind, and access to the VIP Lounge with complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the conference. No matter which pass you choose, you'll be part of an incredible community of real estate media professionals, with countless opportunities to learn, connect, and grow together.
Can I upgrade my ticket or join the VIP waitlist?
Absolutely! If you purchase a Sync Pro Pass and later decide you'd like to upgrade to VIP All Access, we're happy to accommodate your request as long as VIP passes are still available. If VIP has already sold out, we'll gladly add you to the waitlist and contact you if a spot becomes available.
Refunds & cancellations
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of event planning. If you're unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual prior to the event.
